University of Winnipeg students are permitted to schedule at most two 1-hour sessions per week, at most one of which may be with the professional tutor. Drop-ins, which include sessions booked less than 24 hours in advance, are not subject to the above restrictions.

Cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the following rules:

• Failure to attend a session, without advanced notice, will result in the immediate cancellation of all other currently scheduled appointments and will result in the removal of booking privileges.
• Less than 24 hours advanced notice of a cancelled appointment merits a warning.
  Cancellations can be made by calling (204) 786-9129, or emailing MSTutoring@uwinnipeg.ca.
• Two warnings will result in the removal of booking privileges. Drop-ins may still be permitted.
• Group sessions can be booked by one individual, according to the above rules. Please note that failure of that individual to attend will be considered a "No Show", and result in the removal of privileges, even if others from the group attend.

The Math & Science Tutoring Centre does not provide tutoring support for courses on their day of the exams, and we recommend against tutoring on the day of tests or quizzes.
